I've come across a patch for xmms that allows for integration with the acme program [a program which allows users to assign functions to extra multimedia keyboard keys]. heres the link: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=181871 ive been able to successfully compile and install this patch on my 4.7-RELEASE-p6 box. yussef milburn
