Buttons on the main panel such as "Add new entry" and "Password generator" have
no text.  Same for "Toggle password" and "Download favicon for URL" in any of
the entry panels.

Running under Lumina desktop.

It's been this way for probably a few months and I've just waited to see if a
routine update would fix it.
