remove GNOME related entries from pkg-plist

Trying to build gtkam-1.0_5 results in package errors like this:

pkg-static: Unable to access file
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/graphics/gtkam/work/stage/usr/local/%%GNOME%%share/gnome/help/gtkam/C/figures/gtkam_add_camera_enhanced_window.png:No
such file or directory
pkg-static: Unable to access file
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/graphics/gtkam/work/stage/usr/local/%%GNOME%%share/gnome/help/gtkam/C/figures/gtkam_add_camera_window.png:No
such file or directory
[...]

Simple solution should be to remove all lines related to GNOME from pkg-plist,
see attached patch.
