Patch sysutils/jdupes to 1.19.2

Update jdupes from 1.16 to 1.19.2.

Most notable changes are to -X/--extfilter, in particular size filtering is now
INCLUSIVE instead of EXCLUSIVE.  An appropriate pkg-message has been added to
warn users.
