With removing --disable-all you will enable a bunch of modules and increase the
size of the standard installation. While this is no issue for many
installations, it is if you think on a scaled cloud environment. We have also
users there, which are just happy about every storage, memory and CPU saved by
our method.
Also if you do a static linking of OpenSSL you will get a number of problems.
Most SSL implementations do not work well when they are installed in parallel.
We have many LibreSSL user for example.
But because of these issues, I do not rush to a solution like it is requested
over again. I do not want to break anything ;)
