lang/mecrisp-stellaris 2.5.6 → 2.5.8 update diff

This patch updates the lang/mecrisp-stellaris port to 2.5.8.  The update fixes
the code so it can be assembled for armv6 FreeBSD.  Due to some new as features
required, the 12.2 base binutils are unfortunately no longer capable of
assembling this port.
