Current japanese/p5-2chproxy fails to download "BBSMENU", because it tries
to fetch from an obsolete URL.  /var/log/2chproxy.log says:

| [5] HTTP:  500 read timeout | GET http://menu.2ch.net/bbsmenu.html

The latest release has fixed the problem:

| [1|1072] HTTP: HTTP/1.1 304 Not Modified | GET
http://menu.5ch.net/bbsmenu.html


 * Makefile, distinfo

   Update and add new RUN_DEPENDS.

 * files/patch-2chproxy.pl

   Remove some parts that has been committed to upstream.
