CaseSensitive Fix and 2.20.4 update for dns/dnrd

Some time ago I needed dns/dnrd, which doesn't work with forwarding capital
queries (see https://github.com/benjaminpetrin-zz/dnrd/issues/14).
Upstream never responded and I forgot about my diff.
Please find it attached, seems that also moving from SourceFourge to GitHub was
needed.  Other than "works for me since then" I can't remember why the diff
looks like it looks, but confirmed to still work and needed.
