          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any

Overview:
If I try to install an add-on to Firefox, it never gets installed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search for an add-on to install in Firefox (e.g. Ghostery).
2. Click on the blue "Add to Firefox" button.
3. A small permissions window will pop-up in Firefox near the address bar.
Click on the "Add" button in that window.

Expected Results:
The add-on gets installed.

Actual Results:
The "Add to Firefox" button gets temporarily replaced by a gray box containing
a blue dot that moves back and forth. Within a minute, the "Add to Firefox"
button reappears, and the add-on has not been installed.

Build Date & Hardware:
Firefox 86.0_2,2, FreeBSD_version 1104001, Dell Vostro PC, amd64
