sysctlmibinfo2 update 2.0.0 -> 2.0.1

This project has not a ChangeLog, anyway:

 * use new sysctlinfo(4) 20210222 and sysctlbyname 20210223 features
 * add: sysctlmif_oidextendedbyname()
 * add: sysctlmif_hashandler(), sysctlmif_hashandlerbyname()
 * add: sysctlmif_nextnodebyname(), sysctlmif_nextleafbyname()
 * add: sysctlmif_leavesbyname(), sysctlmif_leavesbyname()
 * update: constants/OIDs so delete port path

Testing:
 * portlint -C
 * port test
 * poudriere testport -j 122RELEASE -p default -i -o devel/libsysctlmibinfo2
 * poudriere testport -j 130ALPHA1amd64 -p default -i -o
devel/libsysctlmibinfo2

Important:

 * Please add a Portrevision to <audio/mixertui>
