patch to fix the issue

pkg-fallout at FreeBSD.org occasionally complains about not being able to build
opendnssec2 for reasons unknown. It is a knowm issue, 
see also https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=250293#c8.

This change simplifies the build and hopefully fixes this issue.

There are no functional changes to opemdnssec2 itself.
