Fix

With the update to 3.11.3, two post-install actions were added. 
These actions use files that may be generated with an additional suffix
(PYTHON_EXT_SUFFIX).
These actions do not use this suffix, which leads to a build failure if the
suffix is set.

Normally, for python38 is the suffix defined.
