- distfiles;
- grafana.conf sample to upstream.

Added:
- grafana_config option to rc-script. grafana_conf option has been left for
backward compatibility.
- grafana_syslog_output_* options to rc-script for writing daemon logs to
syslog.
- creation of grafana provisioning subdirs to plist.

Refactored rc-script.

Removed log-dir creation from rc-script as unnecessary while log.mode=syslog.
