According to the author, cdrtools is now being developed as part of the
schilytools suite which has since received numerous updates.  The cdrtools
project site will apparently no longer receive new versions.  Please change the
port to use the cdrtools version shipped with schilytools or perhaps merge this
port and archivers/star into a new schilytools port.  See also #255428.
