After upgrading to 3.4.5 from 3.4.4 I get the following error when trying to
start sa-spamd:

$ sudo service sa-spamd onestart
Starting spamd.
child process [87403] exited or timed out without signaling production of a PID
file: exit 255 at /usr/local/bin/spamd line 3034.
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/sa-spamd: WARNING: failed to start spamd

This is happening in the latest pkg version as well as when built from ports.
