Add a u-boot-master child port which builds u-boot for the Solid-Run GT 8K.

It has an optional patch to make all 3 mPCIe slots do PCIe instead of PCIe/SATA
(Storage)/USB (LTE).

I have a follow-up port (to cleanup still) which will build ATF for the gt8k
based on atf-master (which will come once this is sorted).

This should then also allow anyone to build similar for the mchbin should they
desire.
