patch-runtime-nsd__ossl.c

The attached patch is necessary to compile rsyslog8 (from ports HEAD). Upstream
has not added this patch yet. I got this patch from:

https://bugs.gentoo.org/750842

and have verified that it allows rsyslog8 to compile.
