Patch for x11/slime

Without dbus installed and enabled in /etc/rc.conf slim runs but after entering
the credentials it shows a blank screen.

Inspecting slim.log shows the following error:

slim: open_session: Unable to open session: Failed to connect to socket
/var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket: No such file or director

The attached patch adds devel/dbus as a run dependency.
