Attached patch updates devel/libevdev to the latest upstream snapshot, which is
libevdev 1.9.1 + FreeBSD fixes developed and upstreamed by myself.
This switches the port to use meson, to use bundled evdev headers (similar to
libunput) and cleans up the port.
It also passes maintainership to x11@, since the port is used in the input
stack in xorg-server and wayland.
