Included in patch file:
- Update to 1.6.0, no real features mostly small bug fixes and code
optimization (no changelog available, went through the commits)
- Use pypi as master site as best practice for python ports (remove LICENSE
file)
- Add pigz archiver as run dep to fully support all options in the config file

Poudriere testport looks good
