tautulli-2.5.5.diff

This patch updates multimedia/tautulli to the latest version.

There are a lot of changes, they are all documented in the CHANGELOG.md in the
DOCS/ dir of the package, and on github
https://github.com/Tautulli/Tautulli/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md and in the app as
soon as a user logs in.

The main points:
- Updated to use python3
- There is now a build step that runs 'python -m compileall' on all python code
- tautulli supports libraries with the new and improved plex movie scanner

new version runs in my production setup.
