It is made with /usr/ports/lang/perl5.32/Makefile post-extract target and
erased with post-clean target.
If you run the commands in the following order, you can keep only that file.

> make -C /usr/ports/lang/perl5.32/ extract
> make -C /usr/ports/lang/perl5.32/ -D PACKAGE_BUILDING clean

There may be something wrong with the use of PACKAGE_BUILDING in the
environment where this problem occurs.
