www/gitlab-ce cannot be built, due to the current version of rubygem-rdoc
(6.2.1) is excluded from build-depends:
===>   gitlab-ce-13.4.2 depends on package: rubygem-rdoc>=6.1.2<6.2 - not found

This also goes for the version specified in the Gemfile (if I try to correct
the build depends):
Could not find gem 'rdoc (~> 6.1.2)' in any of the gem sources listed in your
Gemfile.
