retroarch (1.8.5) install a libretro core (ppsspp_libretro.so) in
/usr/local/lib/libretro/ which is the default defined path in
libretro_directory (retroarch.cfg)

- it seems that ppsspp should be part of the libretro-* ports
- libretro_directory should be /usr/local/libexec/libretro as used by the
libretro-* ports
