New port for Apache Cassandra 4.0-alpha4

Apache Cassandra is a free and open-source distributed database.
It is a Java-based, highly scalable, eventually consistent, wide
column store.

The bundled maven archive apache-cassandra-4.0-alpha4-repo.tar.gz that will
need to be hosted on LOCAL is available here for manual download:
