fix for packetbeat build

I've added attachment patch for fixing the build issue for packetbeat. The
Makefile will need to be updated to remove "PACKETBEAT_BROKEN=     An
underlying library is currently broken under FreeBSD" which disables it from
being built. Tested and builds and runs without any issues. Currently using it
in production enjoy!
