Uses libtorrent version 1.2.5.0 where deluged 1.3.15 is only compatible with
1.2.x as per https://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?t=55535. Causes
error when attempting daemon "AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute
'session_settings'"
