shar-file of potential new port. (v2.0.1)

Here is a shar file with a port for this package.

There isn't much to it; runs make install, which installs
${DESTDIR}${PREFIX}/etc/rc.d/ethname and
${DESTDIR}${PREFIX}/share/ethname/README.md.
