An example of a complete failing "make install" run

py37-asn1crypto fails to install properly.

Apparently there is something going wrong with path names during the
installation.
There is a redundant "/usr/local/usr/local" embedded in the stage paths for
some
reason. See an example below...

pkg-static: Unable to access file
/usr/ports/devel/py-asn1crypto/work-py37/stage
/usr/local/usr/local/lib/python3.7/site-packages/asn1crypto/x509.py:No such
file
 or directory

I attach a complete script file from a "make deinstall reinstall" run.
