The headers required build against libstlink are missing from the package. The
headers in include directory of the stlink repo are not enough.

At least the following files from the stlink src directory are needed and
should probably be installed into /usr/local/include/stlink:
  * sg.h
  * libusb_settings.h
  * logging.h
  * usb.h
