Patches for two init issues are included in this port - there is bad clock in
defconfig file for UART and two MIO pins are initialized incorrectly with
pull-ups activated. Both are reported already upstream, but could not be
included in release before 2020.04, naturally, so in the meantime use simple
patches in this port.
