It looks like there is a newer release, confusingly labelled 3.2.7.  Does this
look good to you?  It conforms to the Porter's Handbook and fixes warnings
reported by portfmt/portclippy/portlint.  I tested in poudriere 11/12
i386/amd64 with the default options and am build testing other option
combinations now.
