netdata-go.diff

Netdata has started a transition from python plugins to go. This PR bring the
go collector module of netdata to FreeBSD. I'll create another PR tomorrow to
attach this to the net-mgmt/netdata port with an option and run_depend.

QA tested:
portlint -AC
Testport (11.3, 12.1, 13)
Runtime tested, plugin is started nicely by netdata itself!
