I had the same problem for months not being able to track down the problem.
I can confirm:

 pkg delete libgnomeui

immediately solved my problem and fortunately libgnomeui wasn't needed by any
other ports.
Having GSTREAMER in wx* enabled is no problem. I have that working on another
machine with a working audacity AND also with tuxguitar installed.
