svn diff from /usr/ports/net-p2p/namecoin

i have been using this ONLY via namecoin-utils and namecoin-daemon so far
(slave ports). i dont have a FreeBSD graphical environment set up at this
moment so i have actually not tested this master port and it is NOT approved by
me for commit to the tree yet.

i just thought i'd post this here in case any end users come looking for the
new version or perhaps want to test it out and report their findings.

in theory the graphical qt5 client likely works just fine with this patch. i
simply have never tested it. the two aforementioned slave ports seem to work
great for me so far in production for a couple days. i'd appreciate any testing
and feedback of any/all three ports.

i'll get to testing out the gui client in a couple days to weeks.
