uefi-edk2-bhyve installs 'BHYVE_UEFI_CODE-devel.fd' and utils like
sysutils/vm-bhyve doesn't find 'BHYVE_UEFI.fd' failing to boot uefi guests. A
link with previous name let them boot just fine.

slave uefi-edk2-bhyve-csm fails using portmaster with :

automatic
Installing uefi-edk2-bhyve-csm-g20190424,2...
pkg-static: uefi-edk2-bhyve-csm-g20190424,2 conflicts with
uefi-edk2-bhyve-g20190424,2 (installs files into the same place).  Problematic
file: /usr/local/share/uefi-firmware/BHYVE_UEFI_CODE-devel.fd
*** Error code 70
[....]

so no BHYVE_UEFI_CSM.fd either.
