This doesn't seem to do anything with go.mk or ports environment.

Looking at https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=243776#c6,
"github.com/googleapis/gax-go/v2" GH_TUPLE entry probably just needs "v2"
suffix removed [1].
