Yadm version 3.0.0 update

The attached patch updates yadm to version 3.0.0 as well as adds a pkg-message
file with messages on upgrade to instruct the user upon upgrading they should
run [code]yadm upgrade[/code] to move the yadm data directories and files to
their new location.
