Upstream changed the project name to xapp. This new version is required for
Cinnamon update and other X-Apps suite programs. Also suggesting maintainer
change to gnome@ as the only consumers in the wild are GTK programs,
particularly X-App suite.

Port consumers are not bumped for this move, as they also have updates.
