Hello, 
I generate nats config with ansible and it would be nice if nats can be
reloaded instead of restarted.

I've found such command in nats help

-sl,  --signal <signal>[=<pid>]      Send signal to nats-streaming-server
process (stop, quit, reopen, reload - only for embedded NATS Server)

Maybe add it as extra command in rc.d script?
