The patch to get games/dMagnetic from 0.28 to 0.29

Just in time for Christmas, I finished release 0.29 of my project dMagnetic.
I already took the liberty of creating a patch. Please have a look. Hopefully,
it meets your standards.

Aside from my git repository, the only changelog I keep is the one from Debian,
since they REALLY demand it. ;) 

So, this is a copy of it.  

dmagnetic (0.29-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * AtariXL and Atari800 ATR files are used for playing
  * The new graphic mode UTF has been added
  * More users can enjoy the beautiful pictures now
