There has been three consecutive timeouts of devel/py-atomicwrites[0] as well
as recent timeouts [1][2][3][4][5]. A quick search [6] shows that the
maintainer's last activity is in 2018.

I also dropped a mail to the maintainer but haven't got any replies.

After discussing with rene, I would like to take maintainership of those ports
[7].
