I upgraded to unbound 1.13.0 a few days ago:

Dec  4 17:35:53 localhost pkg-static[54682]: unbound-1.13.0 installed

This morning I had the same issue:

Dec 13 09:46:17 localhost unbound[92443]: [92443:0] warning: did not exit
gracefully last time (2919)

Uptime is about five days (after upgrading stable/12 from r368274 to r368463.
