patch for astro/geographiclib

GeographicLib has been updated to version 1.51.
See URL for changes.

Changed dataset installed by default. (-igrf12, +igrf13)
Added the option to select the precision of the real number. But the precision
5 is still broken. The default is precision 2, so no problem :)
