Howdy!

So while 12.1 and earlier will on install Dells with like the Dell PERC H330 in
them, updating it to 12-STABLE will result in it kernel panicing upon reboot
unless hw.mfi.mrsas_enable="1" is set.

I've not found exactly when this change happened, but it has been consistently
repeatable.

Tested this on a R630 with up to date FW and a PERC H330 in it in HBA mode.

Likely a entry should be added to UPDATING and possibly consider making it the
default for the H330 if seen.
