OpenMPI 1 and 2 are deprecated. I'll eventually drop OpenMPI 4 in the ports
three and remove the deprecated ones.

This patch moves the OpenMPI support to net/openmpi3 which is still supported
by upstream.

I've tested all of them.

science/gromacs plist was failing for me when OPENMPI or MPICH are enabled.
