In r530207, PORTREVISION was removed, so the version number went backwards from
0.0.9.4_5 to 0.0.9.4. This causes 'pkg version' to report that the package
succeeds index, which is unexpected.

$ pkg version -IvL =
Quaternion-0.0.9.4_5               >   succeeds index (index has 0.0.9.4)
