Update to 0.96601.

Moreover introduce option BOOST. It should already have  been introduced when
the port was created, but I forgot to put it in the OPTION_DEFINE variable, so
r514784 removed the unused BOOST_BUILD_DEPENDS helper: now the option is fully
implemented.

Tested successfully with poudriere on {11.3,12.0}-RELEASE {i386,amd64}.
