In the spirit of the existing, versioned grafana{,2,3,4,5} ports, attached is a
tested and functional port of the latest Grafana v6.0.2.

I have left the maintainer the same as for the other grafana* ports,
swills at FreeBSD.org, but if Steve doesn't wish to take on this port then I am
happy to take responsibility.
