notmuch-0.28.2.diff

0.28.2 was released
(https://notmuchmail.org/pipermail/notmuch/2019/027402.html) with a
fix for building the Python binding's documentation under Python 3.7
(https://git.notmuchmail.org/git?p=notmuch;a=commit;h=510dc8c8377e4fef1e96c13c2ea3f25f4b51c889).
However this doesn't work under Python < 3.3.  The port now includes a
patch which still has the old behavior as a fallback, therefore
allowing for building the Python binding's documentation with all
Python versions.

The port builds cleanly using poudriere on FreeBSD:12:amd64.
